Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its (undamaged) original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Section B - Online Orders/Purchases

Cancellation of Orders:

 

1. Item(s) in Stock:

Cancellation of an order for an item that is in stock is subjected to a 25% restocking fee. 

2. Item(s) on Pre-Order:

Buyer Cancels Order: Cancellation of an item that is purchased as a Pre-Order has a 25% non-refundable fee. If you have paid for this item in full, the refund that is issued to you will be 75% of the item’s purchasing price plus the full amount for shipping fees (where shipping fees are applicable). If you placed a pre-order with the 25% Deposit fee, that fee is non-refundable but your shipping fees will be fully refunded (where shipping fees are applicable).

Store Cancels Order: A full refund to the amount that was paid, including taxes that were paid at the time of purchase, will be issued to the buyer.

 

Refunds and Returns:

All Sales are final once they have been picked up at the showroom or dispatched via courier.

In the unfortunate event that your order items are damaged, we will do our best to replace once we have said item available for sale.  We kindly ask you to read the sections that follow.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
In the cases in which a refund is issued, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
