Pre-Order Information

A Pre-order is the purchase of an item before it has been released for the public. These items are not readily available from our store, but your pre-order guarantees your allocation for that piece which you have been searching for!

Before getting into how you can pre-order any of our offerings, especially if you require shipping, we wanted you to note that a mixed order - which contains items that are currently in stock and items that are currently available to pre-order - will only be shipped once all items have arrived and are available to ship. 

We guarantee all our pre-order offerings! In the event we are unable to fulfil the item that has been pre-ordered, you will be given a full refund for that item along with any applicable shipping charges We kindly ask that you allow several weeks for this refund to be completed with your financial institution.

Pre-order Payment options:

You can reserve with a pre-order deposit. This deposit is 25% of the total price of the item and is non-refundable. 

You can reserve with payment made in full. If you choose to cancel your pre-order, there is a 25% non-refundable fee.
